Condition: Vintage item and it does show wear from previous use and age. This item was removed from an older estate, so I am not sure of the age, but it is and older item. The item has a height of 24" and weighs 8 pounds 12 ounces. There is wear on the item and the fan blades do extend, but they need a little help as I am sure they have bent some over the years. It also appears that someone has tried polish the item and they did not remove all of the residue, as there is some paste/residue on it. The item will need some work and love to get back to its once brilliance look. Overall the item looks great far away, but looking at it up close you can see it shows a lot of wear.
